Lily, an aspiring filmmaker, is trying her best to make her first documentary. While at a gathering she hears about a toxic fume taking over a town that is a couple hours away. Wanting to be the first to put out a story around it, she convinces some of her friends to come with her to check out the desolate town.
Unfortunately the movie Hallucinogenic Border is not yet available on Disney Plus.
